The DEXTER RUSSELL KG12N Narrow Knife Guard is a durable blade protector designed to keep both your knife edge and your hands protected during storage and transport. Perfect for professional chefs, butchers, culinary students, caterers, hunters, and home cooks, the DEXTER RUSSELL KG12N Narrow Knife Guard helps preserve razor-sharp cutting edges while preventing accidental contact with exposed blades in knife rolls, drawers, and kitchen bags.

Constructed from rugged one-piece polypropylene, the DEXTER RUSSELL KG12N Narrow Knife Guard is built to withstand everyday use without cracking, splitting, or separating. A soft, non-scratch interior lining cushions the blade to help prevent scratches, edge wear, and unnecessary damage during storage. The offset blade cutout allows for smooth insertion and removal while accommodating narrow blade profiles with ease. Measuring 12-3/8″ long by 1-1/2″ wide, this guard is designed to fit most narrow knives with blade lengths from 11″ to 12″, making it an excellent choice for roast slicers, carving knives, brisket knives, ham slicers, and other long, narrow kitchen knives.

The DEXTER RUSSELL KG12N Narrow Knife Guard is lightweight, easy to clean, and compact enough to fit neatly inside knife rolls or storage drawers. Its durable construction provides dependable protection for both the cutting edge and surrounding equipment during transport or storage, helping extend the life of professionally sharpened knives. Backed by Dexter Russell’s limited lifetime warranty, this guard is built for years of reliable service.
